Q: Does it hold 16 in pizza and 20 lb turkey
A: No. A 20 pound turkey won't fit. I put a 16 pound turkey in there and it barley fits. It almost hits the heating element on the top and it's not even in a pan. It does have a lot of room inside but it's still a counter top appliance. If you need to make a 20 pound turkey you need to just use the regular oven. It's still vary nice having something like this cause you can cook the turkey in the oven and still have plenty of room to make other things in the Oster at the same time. This cooks just as good as an oven and heats up faster. I only ever use my regular oven for turkey on the holidays.
Q: Can I cook a 6# roast in this oven? it takes more than the auto 90 min turn off
A: There is a timer on the knob, but you can set it to "stay on" and leave it on as long as you like. I don't know how big a #6 roast is, but the ovens interior is about 16x16c9 inches.
