Q: What I was asking if this has a bumper and a case? Or is it just 1 piece
A: The case is a single piece that covers the back and sides wrapping around to the front side but not covering the screen.
Q: How durable is this case itself and also compared to the clear speck cases?
A: Case is quite durable, but is only back/side protection. Even so, it has edge and corner shock absorption, and is very rugged. Paired mine with a Zagg HD Glass+ screen protector, and am SUPER pleased with the OB Symmetry. Clear, shows off your product instead of hiding it, and is durable. As an example/testimony, I had phone out at McD’s and sitting at a high top table, hand got bumped, phone dropped from roughly 4 feet, onto bottom left corner. Took the bump, not even a scratch on the OB. **WINNER!!** In all honesty, I am not familiar with Speck cases enough to compare. But this is a rugged case that will withstand accidents and oopsies. Get it if you have the chance.
Q: Does this have ridged edges so one's fingers do not slip? Is it made of a rubber, flexible material?
A: No. There are no ridges on the side to help with the grip. There isn’t a rubber grip to stop the phone from sliding off a hard surface when the screen is face-up. It seems like it’s a moderately flexible plastic (maybe). Definitely not a flexible rubber case.
A: No the case is not slippery. I love this case due to the slim sleek look and not the normal bulky look as the other OTBX cases. Protects your phone very well.
Q: Is this case sparkly/glittery? Just want plain and simple clear case.
A: No, it’s clear. My wife and two boys all have one to show off their phone colors. Great cases
Q: Is this case flexible rubber or hard plastic?
A: Rubber on the sides and a clear hard plastic on the back.
Q: Does the case scratch easily?
A: No, it does not.
Q: Is this case easy to get on your iPhone ?
A: No scratches so far. Don’t see it as being a problem with this case
