A: It won’t rattle house windows in the neighborhood but it will fill out your sound. I have a kenwood just like it in my Tundra under the seat and it sounds great. This pioneer is more powerful than my kenwood so it should sound even better. I bought this pioneer to be installed in my ‘70 mustang later. Getting an answer about a subwoofer is tough because it’s subjective to personal taste. For me it’s perfect, to someone who wants to rattle the entire neighborhood, no. It’s more like the satellite speaker style home theater systems like Bose. It’s 160w max, 7-7/8 x 11 x 2-3/4. Basically a 2-3/4 inch thick notebook paper. If it fits under your seat you’ll benefit but in the rear hatch you certainly hear it fine. Comes with a wired remote for level, mode, frequently and phase. Also it has long connection wires for connections and remote so it will reach to your hatch, it come with mounting brackets that mount to the corners in either of two directions. I think it will sound great in a Mini Cooper. It may not “thump” but it will not diminish your sound in any way. I got mine on sale for $143. If you find it on sale, you’ll definitely be happy with it. At full price, there are others brands as well.

A: Yes you can !!! But you need to put rca adapter on your factory system .I add on my factory system 2019 f 150
Q: Will this work with a new system I purchased that has a 5 channel amp already?
A: Hey Turk...yes and it won't draw power from your other one. So, with the right crossover settings it should jam!

A: Yes
Q: What does loaded mean when referring to enclosed subwoofers? Does that mean it has a built in amp?
A: Loaded means there is already a subwoofer installed and wired up in a sub box and is ready to be connected to an amp. Powered or Active means there is already an amp and only needs to be connected to a source via RCA or HI/LO
A: I use remote power gain. It would be best to use as intended. No harm that way.
A: You can install more than one and yes, you can mount this anywhere that it fits.
