A: It plugs into the wall outlet and also your TV’s hdmi port. Currently there is only a “sleep” mode and a magnetic cover for the camera lens, no “off” switch. When plugged in, any button on the remote will trigger the system to wake up/ “turn on”. Not sure on exact length of the cable, but the Nintendo Switch power cord is compatible with it and seems to be about the same length.

A: You do need internet to download the games and probably for updates. But after you download it the games are available for play you could probably do the download and then take it to a library once a month and update it and it would work perfectly
