A: It depends on the capacity of your device and the power powepack. I have a Galaxys4 that has a battery capacity of 2800mah and this powerpack has 2200mah. I get almost one full charge.
Q: How long can the powerpack retain the energy without discharging after a full charge
A: I keep mine in my purse and days will go by and it keep the full charge. I have never let it go too long because i use it constantly.
Q: How long does it take to charge?
A: I don't remember letting mine drain down to empty but my experience has been an hour or two. It's easy to plug it in at night so it will be ready the next morning.
Q: Will this work with an iphone 4?
A: yes i used it for my iPhone and it worked
