Q: QuestionWhich cartridge is included with this turntable?
Asked by Rubez.
- A:Answer Ortofon OM10 was supposed to come with mine, but I bought it open box for a large discount and it was missing so I installed the Ortofon Super OM20. Sounds so great, you can really tell the difference of quality on pressings, recordings, and condition. All of the frequencies are cleanly picked up.

Q: Questionquestions - does this unit need powered speakers? or can it be plugged into an amp that has powered speakers connected into the amp? does it have it's own amp?
Asked by Anthony.
- A:Answer This turntable has no preamp nor amp in it. Pro-Ject does make a model, called The Jukebox, that has a built in amplifier. With it, you can not only play vinyl, but it also has bluetooth in, so you can stream from your phone or computer (think iTunes, Spotify etc) and it sports an additional analog input too (think for gaming system or TV sound. Cool! Just connect speakers! https://www.pro-jectusa.com/en-us/products/pro-ject-analog/juke-box-line/juke-box-e
