Q: Does the top or back get hot?
A: Yes. The stainless steel top does get hot.
A: The pan that comes with it is 11.5" x 10. The interior measurement is 12 x 12 but I wouldn't recommend a pan that big otherwise you won't get the heat flowing around it.
Q: Does this oven reheat pizza and other items well?
A: This is the best Toaster oven i have ever had. It reheats pizza slices very well i use the convection when i reheat works great. I also toast my bread and broil things. So if you are looking for a great little Toaster oven with convection, this is the best one.

A: Slightly more than 6" tall and a tad over 12" both deep and wide.

A: Yes, this model fits up to a 12'' pizza.
A: Keep in mind that you have the handle sticking out up front and you need space behind it for the cord. At my house, it is 17" from the wall to the front of the handle.
