Well depending on what products you buy, you may not be able to. I was told I could in store when I purchased my new Note 20 Ultra and then when I called Geek Squad, they said I was told wrong information and that I don't have that option. Not very happy about it. Unlike Samsung and most cell phone carriers, Geek Squad is the only one I know of that promises that option but then tells you after your purchase that it's not available. Sorry to be the one to break the bad news. Hopefully they can change that in the future.
