• Yes, if you dig through the Specifications under "Other", it lists the quantity as 2. Also, I have bought it and can confirm it has 2. Seems a good value.

• Yes, from most my friends who are hunters and campers this very useful for packing items....I zoomed in the size and how many rolls, because it became a good value for when you would want to seal large items for the freezer, ie roast, whole chickens, turkeys, etc.
