“Someone asked if it plays DVDs, which is my question also. They got 2 answers, one Yes it does play DVDs and one NO it does not. Which answer is correct? It is not listed in the specs. Thanks.”

• In a sense they were both correct. Yes, it does recognize DVDs, but no it will not (by default) play DVD movies. Windows 10 does not have a built-in player that will play movies, but you can either buy a program that does so or you can use the free software VLC to play them. Just make sure to keep VLC up to date as there was a security issue with it not that long ago (albeit you had to download subtitle files to get caught by it from what I remember).
