QuestionSIRS: I have an additional question.After I “shut down” the computer , what is the proper way to turn it back on. A couple of times when I have attempted to turn on the computer it takes two or three attempts of holding down the Power key to power up.

- Answer You should only have to press the power button one time to get it to turn on. No holding the button.

QuestionYesterday, I started the laptop for first time just half hour, when I turn off the laptop I realizad that the "transformer" was so hot. I have another HP ENVY 360 DESKTOP-547K884 since 4 years ago. I never have this problem with the last one. Pls answer.

- Answer You can reach out to HP support for troubleshooting if you believe it is not typical behavior. The only time my power supply ever gets very hot is if it is covered up by a blanket or similar.

- Answer Yes. You can find the Bluetooth icon in the bottom right menu. Click the arrow pointing up.

We use stylus pens ordered from Amazon. They are not HP brand. Hope this helps.

- Answer Your store, as well as every Best Buy, does not carry any Windows 7 models, especially 32bit installations. You may want to check with the Geek Squad on if they have any suggestions such as you purchasing Windows 7 and installing it on a new PC.
