When setting up the laptop, it asks which language you would like the keyboard to be in and you can choose two languages, but later add more. You can access these languages by clicking the keyboard icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. I have keyboards in Russian, Spanish, English, and German and you can access them on the touchscreen or by typing them on the keyboard like normal.
