I would be cautious of doing any detailed work with this computer[ ie. with number], especially if you are accountable to someone else. The reason is the cursor seems to have a mind of its own. It jumps around unprovoked after which you have to find it and when correct what you have mistakenly typed over. It has proven to be a big pain. I find that I have to often hit the icon that erases the last entries especially when I type something, and then look up and it's not there. I sought help from a Geek Squad tech who disabled the touch pad thinking that it might be part of the problem[ thinking that I was unknowingly hitting the touch pad]. Now I exclusively use my wireless mouse. I'm hoping that will resolve the problem. By the way, the touch pad is only inoperable when the wireless mouse is active [with the USB device pluggedin]. I found it very interesting to hear from this tech that many computers have this problem unless you are lucky to have a computer savy person build you one from scratch with used (older) parts. I hope this helps you make a wise decision.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
