- Answer Yes. It does. This computer is slow compared to one with 8 gig of ram. This one only has 4 gig. I notice a huge difference between my PC and laptop. This is not a gaming laptop by any means.

- Answer You can switch the language of Windows, so that the keyboard responds with Spanish characters. Unfortunately the physical keys are in English. You can consult with Best Buy's Geek Squad to see about swapping the keyboard.
