Q: QuestionI have a Nintendo Switch OLED with loose Joy-Con rails, I want to get them replaced. Can the GEEK SQUAD fix this? I think I bought it at Best Buy but if not would they still be able to fix it? Would I need to bring the replacement parts or screws myself?

Q: QuestionMy Nintendo switch was bought at best buy, its out of warranty. DO you guys fix Nintendo switches or not. I am confused as i talked to customer service over the phone and they said you guys would but when i brought it i got denied.

Q: QuestionI have a nintendo switch that is only a few month old and the right joy con is not working & the screen has black shadows. I was told that none of it was covered under this protection plan and that I had to buy new joy cons. Does that sounds right?
