NOTHING. ... restart your internet modem, or restart your oculus headset... that worked for me... that is not considered or doesnt warrant a replacement. BEST BUY DOES NOT REPAIR ANY METAQUEST DEVICE. they replace them if you purchase the warranty... good luck sweetie

With geek squad they will fix it for free but it could cost up to 50 or 60 for new repairs.
