I purchased the Geek Squad protection plan on 3 laptops. I was told at purchase it was a *No Questions Asked" policy. Unfortunately 2 got damaged after a flight as if something heavy was set on them. Geek Squad was not there for my family! Why? null

Because they don't care, once they have your money and subscription, they drop all niceties and expect you to smile about it.

Geek Squad has a deservedly bad reputation. Speak with former members who were dismayed at the willfully poor customer service and doublespeak.
