“Under this REPLACEMENT plan.... upon having the microphone quit working on my headset, am I going to have to take the headset to a store (an hour and a half away) to have it REPAIRED?...Or call and have it REPLACED?”

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out about this. Ideally, we'd normally have you head into the store. However, we understand the circumstances and distance you are from the store. I'd recommend calling them and seeing if there's a way we can work out shipping your headset over while we mail you a replacement. I hope this helps!
