Please try again later.If you got the two yr warranty and it’s only been 6mos since purchase you just go in with the device go to the Geek squad desk tell them one side doesn’t work they will tell u to get a new one especially if fixing them cost more than getting a new pair I have always found that they care about the customer and it’s NEW not a refurbished pair I hope this helps
