How do I start a claim? null

Hi Jose, sorry this answer is late but you can call Best Buy near you take ur device to the Geek Squad they will tell u right there what ur options are it’s really that easy let me know how it turns out

Did you buy the geek squad warranty? If not it may be dealt with from the manufacturer directly

Bring the product into your local bestbuy with the receipt or phone number you provided at the time of purchase.

You have to call customer service to start a claim

call Geek Squad or take yr device/item to Geek Squad customer service they will be able to help u with yr claim the process is not long at all and they fix or replace no hassle !!!!

If you have the protection plan through geekspot you can contact them about starting your claim they should be able to help you and walk you through it. Or you will have to look in your email to see what your protection plan claim where it is cause they should have emailed it to you. Then you would contact your claim agent and they will walk you through it or tell you what the plan covers..

I brought a washing machine there like 2 months ago and the compartment where the softener goes doesn’t work

Hi, I have bought insta 360 x4 lens guard on the 05th of september. I have used them and was very happy until the connection between the glass and the camera was broken, the camera didn't fall to the ground, the conditions of the glass are perfect, it's just bad quality. For this reason, I want them replaced. Attached you see pictures of the lens guard and the receipt, when I bought them. I am looking forward from hearing of you. Have a great day. I purchased an All In One from your store in the USA on July 24, 2024. When I arrived in Brazil and opened the product, it was broken. I called you and they told me that I had to return the product to the USA. I went to DHL now and they asked me for US$350 for this, which is out of the question. I am one step away from suing you, what can we do?
