• A contractor with Bestbuy bee careful my item was left at the door without notice or ringing my doorbell. I have security cameras and a door camera.. still doesn’t make up for a quick doe bell ring

• FedEx delivered ours but we could choose to pick it up at the store also.

• I received a text ahead of time from a driver that worked for a local store I believe. It was very professional and efficient.

• I have had (4) items delivered to me in less time than stated and have never had a problem with damaged or broken items due to shipping. If BB is local you can have it delivered there and pick it up yourself if delivery to your address is a problem.
