A:AnswerSometimes like Apple they have their own insurance but as far as earbuds no you can get it depends on cashier they don’t always offer it so I always ask what’s the protection plan for that I’ve bought many many earbuds from Best Buy and always get geek squad protection plans and can always get a new pair or get gift card and get something else or another style and brand
A:AnswerIf you bring them in within the warranty, you should be able to make the exchange. If you wish to get a product that costs more than the one you're bringing in, you can simply pay the difference, and that will be accepted, they'll honor the credit of what you paid on the original product.
A:AnswerNot many places at all will repair earbuds too small and delicate that’s why they now offer warranties on earbuds because they don’t repair them anymore I’d check local Best Buy see what they say
A:AnswerHi, yes . The exact same thing happened to my brother. Geek squad replace the earbuds and he was able to get a new accidental cover for the new earbuds.
A:AnswerAs long as you have the warranty, you will be good. I lost an ear bud, I called first to BB and they told me I was covered, They setup a apt and told me to bring my ear bud/case. Easy process....
