Since you bought it at Best buy you should be able to call or go to the store and talk to their floor people and they should be able to answer these questions Just make sure you know your make and model

I think my buttons we're pushed too many times, and now won't start after the sequence is done (button push's 1,2,3 pushes on 3 button's, each 1 push in sequence . (Is that enough pushes?) LOL!! Model # Toshiba - 6 in 1 versatile: Air fryer, grill, dehydrater, yogurt maker, convection oven, bought September 2021. Stopped working on August 9, 2022. W/2 year gizzmo warranty. Every thing works, but won't Start. Maybe it's the gun?(micro).

Money back and buy a new one. If it’s less than a year (or maybe it’s two) it should be under manufactures warranty. Always save your receipts and register your products. Good luck.
