If the fan is loud have a technician look at it, should be barely audible. Does not need to be powered up all the time, check the power settings in the control panel. it may be in sleep mode, and you may have a virus or Trojan running in the background, Get KASPERSKY Internet Security!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It needs to be plugged in to operate. The fan which is a bit annoying goes off when you shut it down for the night. But the fan, annoying sound, is there when you are working on it. All computer have some kind of sound when you are working on them. The shut off is the four little squares on the bottom left screen. Click or touch and then touch power symbol and then touch the shut off. To start up again-- there is an on/off button under the screen on the right side. A tiny light comes on when you touch it. It is kind of hard to feel some times.
