Yes, you can. If your computer has HDMI out--which most do these days or DVI out (older computers, video only)--for which you'd need an HDMI<->DVI adapter [cable], then it's simple. For best picture your computer should support the panel's native resolution: 1920x1080. Lastly, you should disable overscan in the picture options.
