Yes. But of course will not descramble premium channels. Would need a cable box for that.

It has a digital tuner, like most HDTV's and it easily found all our analog and several of our digital channels from our cable provider. It won't find them all. You'll need a cable box to receive most of the higher tier channels. I connected one of our cable boxes via HDMI to it and, of course, I got all the channels. The 1080P looks great.
