“My cabinet opening is 25 1/2 wide, by 20 3/4' high. the r-930cs seems to work, however I want to use the trim kit for this unit without major work to the cabinet. will I have the correct clearance for the unit? This will be a built in NOT a counter top”

Hello HappyHeart, I looked into the trim kits for this unit, and it appears that with the dimensions you provided, the trim kit RK-93S27 should fit. However, we would need to check the depth, as the trim kit requires at least 19 1/2', and we ask that at least another inch to an inch and a half be available for proper ventilation.
