“I'm hooking up to a vga receptacle. I bought hdmi to vga pc adapter. i cannot get a picture on monitor. This being used for converting a crt monitor to flatscreen. I used previous Insignia #NS-32D312NA15 with no problem. Just selecting vga input.”

• You need an HDMI to VGA adapter that is powered. Some TVs don't supply the nessacary 5 volts to is required to make the connection work. Hope that helps.
