• Yes it does on channel 3 or 4. But use the yellow, red and white composite video and analog audio cables to get a much better picture of stereo sound from your dish receiver.

• Yes using the coax connector & TV as the input. Set the channel to whatever your box outputs on... usually ch 3 or ch4.
