A:AnswerYou can control the Roku functions on the tv. For instance, I have Verizon Fios ( Frontier Communications ) and I can use the Roku app on my iPhone to select the set top box, but I cannot switch channels on the set top box.
A:AnswerI just bought this tv and so far, so good. I put a few MP4 video files on a 32 gig jump drive, and was able to plug it into the Roku tv and play the videos. So to answer your question, Yes.
A:AnswerIt sounds like an internal problem and if you have a warranty it says for stuff like that it just depends if you have the 3 year or 5 year warranty and if it expired already and if it did ask them if you can pay for another warranty
A:AnswerThere are different apps on phones, I am familiar with Peel it connects your phone to your tv and may have a numerical pad you can use.
Good luck!
A:AnswerThis LCD TV is very efficient on the use of power... Although it only has a 120v A/C input for power it could be used with small 12volt to 120v A/C inverter like the ones made to plug into a cigarette lighter... The power it draws is only 50W (less than one half of an Amp at 120v) so a small inverter would run it fine... The power supply inside the TV is what is called a SMPS (switch mode power supply) and it doesn't care if the power being supplied is not "perfect"...
This TV has a great picture and the ROKU add-in is just topping on the cake...
