The adapter is not a tight fit. The same thing happened to me, and I realized it was the adapter that had unplugged, I'm talking about the male/female, not the actual power source end of it. The one closest to the table. I'm sure you understand what I mean. I ended up taking about a 5-in piece of electrical tape and wrapping it around the two so that they would not become disconnected. You should be good to go.
