Can this be used without a phone or computer app? null

I just turn mine on, close off the area that I want cleaned and place her on the floor. Never added the app to my phone. Just manual usage.

Yes. It has a button on the actual vac, plus it comes with a remote that will allow you to steer it manually.

Absolutely. A remote control is included in the box. So that you can use either the remote or your app - or both!
