So after owning this and my initial use I can say this is a SOLID 3 out off 5 and here’s why. The price I got which was on sale was Great for $150. It comes with the mopping part which I thought was great still haven’t use that yet it does vacuum enough but it misses a lot. I would say it’s sucks 65% and then I have to re run it. It comes with a. Smart remote and an app which for the price it’s allot better than some of the pricier roombas which don’t feature that. All in all It’s good for the price and what it does and comes with but it could be better.

I love this little guy. I cannot believe it works as well as it does. Worth every penny. I am surprised that it can manage to get over the molding between my hardwood and slate flooring. It also does a great job on carpet. Wifi connected, and updates you when it's done. Can be started from anywhere, and app is simple to use. You won't be sorry if you invest in one of these units.

For the price, this vac does great. I block off the kitchen and laundry room and that’s the vacs assignment. It does get stuck on stuff pretty easy, so I take up rugs beforehand.

This is a great value for a robotic vacuum. However, it’s not really useful as a mop and there doesn’t seem to be a way to keep it contained in a room without setting up a barricade. The mop feature is just a pad that takes water or cleaner and spreads it around. You would have to change the pad frequently to actually pick up dirt (it only comes with 1 pad). It does the job picking up pet hair, sand and small pieces of debris so I would recommend it for that.

Initially I knew very little about the 360 brand robovacs. Watching it go to work the first time, it seemed like it was actually working methodically. The 360 did a surprisingly good job covering the rooms on each level. The only problem I have with it is that it gets hung up on obstacles I didn't think would be problems, such as area rugs and slight level changes, like the transition from hallway to bathroom. Overall it's a great product.

Does a great job vacuuming and mopping. Down fall it dies before it put itself on the charger. Other than that good deal for the price I paid for it.

Stick with the roomba! This thing just slung dirt around on hardwood floors then it just died within a year. Worked okay on carpet. Thankful I purchased the warranty.

Decent surface cleaning robot vacuum/mop. The biggest issue it has is in homes with area rugs. If you’re using the mop feature it isn’t smart enough to recognize the carpet and mops the rugs too, which for the most part isn’t a useful feature. Otherwise seems to work ok. Also to note this model is not app compatible and for our next one that will definitely be on the requirement list.

It takes work for setting up to vacuum—moving kids toys out making sure the tiny lego pieces are not on the floor, set up barricades to avoid going in hallway or kitchen and make sure there are no items that can tangle up inside. The suction seems fine but the little sweepers sometimes push the dirt away. It takes a couple of rounds to get a decent clean floor but the mop feature is not so great unless I pretreat the floor. I would still recommend for the price when it is on the deal of the day.

This is my first robotic vacuum. I really like this one. It has what seems to be long battery life and good suction. If you have an uncluttered home with wood or laminate flooring, this would be perfect. I have a lot of “stuff” so the vac has some maneuvering problems. I just put it in an enclosed space and let it do it’s thing.

We bought this on a whim and so far it is great! I will say that we have yet to use the mop feature, but we are really impressed with the vac. We have a dog that sheds like crazy, so it is nice to be able to use the app on my phone to operate it while I am busy doing other things around the house. It will occasionally get stuck under one particular chair, so we just toss something down to block it from going under it. Definitely worth the money we spent on it!

Does a good job. Not the best out there but maybe the best value. I use mine all of the time. The house is cleaner

This is good vacuum cleaner. It works great on hard surface, but not on the Carpet floor.

This little guy is handy and convenient. I like that it cleans under furniture such as sofas and my bed. It seems like it is magnetically attracted to any cord that can get tangled in it, But now that I got more of that stuff organized, it’s not usually a problem.

Worked well at first, but shortly after 2nd charge I noticed that it was not holding the charge very long and would only run for about 20 minutes. To make matters worse, it now makes an awful noise which no matter how much I clean it out, does not stop. I have not even had this thing for a month and it is pretty much unusable, and it is now too late to return. Buyer beware, DON"T BUY IT!

It does "ok". It's easily thrown off course if it bumps into too many things and it never really remembers patterns

Worked well when I first got it but after 5 months it is struggling to vacuum the carpets. It now makes a loud noise that is painful to listen too even though I have cleaned it. The mop mode works well but only if you have no carpets. If it is in mop mode and comes across a rug it still goes over it. Save yourself some money and get a nicer one.

I’ve never seen my wife so happy. The only thing I would add to this is self empty feature but this thing is awesome for $150

Listen, I had an open mind. I have had 3 roombas, one 900 series (the best in my opinion) is still going, one S3 (the worst model) is getting repaired by GeekSquad and this guy. At first, he did marvelous on my small kitchen hardwood floors but he wouldn't venture out into the main room (open floor plan). I moved his docking station to the main room (hard wood with area rugs). Most of the time he just went over the same spots, over and over and over and over and then over again. Even when I picked him up and moved him. He never did the whole floor, I was impressively good at getting himself stuck even when I put up barriers. He just pushed them until he could squeeze by and find his happy "stuck" place. He's quiet. Love that. But in the quiet mode, he doesn't pick much up off the rugs. Bottom line: this guy's a dud.

I like it, only thing I wish you could do is put some floor cleaning solution in the mopping part, just using water doesn't clean much. Otherwise pretty good.
