A: Just press speaker button on the remote, a few times.
Q: Why my robot doesn’t know how to get back to the charge base
A: It’s based off of the green light on top of the charging base. It tracks the edge of the wall or bounces around until it can see that green light again then it will go to the charging base.
Q: Does this go row by row while vacuuming or mopping?
A: Yes. Leaves no spot behind!

Q: Can the Vacum and map at same time?
A: No. The canister that holds the dirt during normal vacuum mode is swapped out with a canister filled with cleaning solution (water) and the mop pad.

Q: Can this be used without a phone or computer app?
A: I just turn mine on, close off the area that I want cleaned and place her on the floor. Never added the app to my phone. Just manual usage.
Q: Does this do well with dog hair?
A: It does extremely well with dog hair. It's spring which means shedding season and if I don't run the vacuum everyday I get a layer of hair on my floor. Just remember to empty the tank often as you would be surprised just how much hair is laying on the floor and getting picked up.
