• A:Answer Unplug the TV from the wall and plug back in. I had the same problem. Researched a lot on the internet and found on a Insignia blog this is a known problem on some of their TVs. Yours and mine are the unlucky ones. I took my TV back for a full refund after about two weeks and bought another brand for the same price using Best Buy price match. Best Buy handled with no hassle.

• A:Answer This TV uses VESA Wall Mount Standard 200mm x 200mm pattern. There are many mount's that can be used, but not all. This Rocketfish one is an example of what will work. Though be mindful that there's different options in mounts. Like how adjustable they are as far as tilting and such. Mounting the mount on a wall requires drilling into studs. Be confident you know what you're doing before attempting this on your own. Otherwise, Best Buy offers a TV Wall Mounting service. I suggest hiring a pro if you're the least bit unsure.
