Mine stopped charging after two months and they just replaced it on the spot with a new one. They have done that with every item I’ve purchased except for a Sony 4K Blu-ray player which would freeze in the middle of a movie and need to be re-plugged from the first week I purchased it. They were going to have to send it back to Sony for repairs even though it was in stock and I had purchased the 3 year warranty so I suppose it depends on which type of item. They did give me a tip to simply turn off the Bluetooth and the problem should disappear. They were correct. Now I just connect to WI-fi a couple of times a month to check for software updates (which can also be updated with a USB Memory Stick or flash drive.
