Hi Andrew. Thanks for getting in contact with us about this. I'm sorry to hear about your Ecotank having some problems. I have had one and I love it. They're great printers! If you did purchase the protection on the printer, you can bring it into the store and currently, we can swap out your printer for a new one!! Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The internal ink pad may be full. Not much can be done except buy a new printer. Do a page test, and see if you don't get the message re: the ink pad inside, Doubt if it's covered under warranty . Send it back to them and see if they will replace it.
