QuestionI was told that in the event of a covered failure. I would be given a new printer of the model that was purchased with the plan. If the item was discontinued, I would be given the model that replaced the original 100% no cost to me. Was I misled?

- Answer If you used a email or phone number it should be fine. Sometimes they can scan the product and it will pop up. Best Buy will handle it because Geek squad is soo ready to fix whatever it is.
