Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not sure, I do not know what a Starlink Mini is. I have had to bring my products into the nearest Best Buy to have it replaced. I returned a Soundbar and a Ring Doorbell/camera and they replaced both but I had to come into the store. Maybe with larger products they would come to the house, but each product has special instructions for replacement. When purchasing the 4 year coverage, you can ask exactly what type of coverage do you have with the product you are buying. If you have a 70" TV or a Washing Machine/Dryer, they may have to send someone out to your home.
