- Answer WINE COOLER - 45 BOTTLE Very disappointed in the unit. Each sizes barely fit a bordeaux let along a burgundy shaped bottle. Sparkling wines don't even consider! As to function, I have no complaint on the temperature control side. Whomever designed the unit has absolutely any idea about wine bottle shape and sizes. A real joke! Would like to return it if I could.

- Answer No they are very heavy loaded and unloaded. In fact the instructions say not to.

QuestionHow many bottles fit in each section, white vs red? Thanks

- Answer The dual zone is roughly 1/3 white to 2/3 red. The number of bottles depends on the width/girth of each bottle. My wife usually fits around 12 bottles of white and 24 bottles of red. Some of the bottles of red are quite wide so they limit how many bottles will fit on each shelf.

- Answer Not very well. See the attached pic. Also the top (smaller) is designed for red and the bottom (larger) for white. Reversed from the description.

- Answer We are using it as a built in. They recommend clearance on the sides and back for proper ventilation.

- Answer To he who said he couldn't...I can! Go to the photos and click on #8, the last photo to the right and it has a photo with the door open. I see space for 35 750ml bottles beginning at the top, and the bottom rack holds 10 1.5L bottles, or a total of 45 bottles. Now the question is what if you do not buy or have use for mags? How can you fit 750 size in a 1.5 slot? Looks like the space between wooden slats is too wide for "fifths". Best to see one in-store!
