“Lag turning on and changing channels How much lag is there when you turn the tv on and is there much lag when changing channels? I have an insignia 32" that turns on in about 4 seconds and about 2-3 seconds to change channels. I also have a 19" Insignia that is much slower turning on and changing channels. Both have good picture quality.”

It turns on in a couple seconds and channel changing is like a second.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it takes longer to turn on, I would estimate it'd be slightly over the 4 seconds on yours. First, the power light on the lower left corner blinks a couple-three times, then the Insignia logo splash comes on for a sec or so, then it goes away and the picture comes on. As far as channel changing, I'm on a cable box so I normally use that.
