No. It is not a smart TV. If you want that you need to look for one that explicitly says smart TV.

No, this model does not have any internet capability. We do offer a 48" (same size) Roku integrated TV, which would be able to do Netflix, and other internet streaming options, without requiring a second device. You can find this product by searching "NS-48DR420NA16" on Best Buy site.

No, this is not a smart TV. You will have to hook up at least a Chromecast or Roku-like device to stream Netflix on this TV. There are other smaller but similarly priced TVs that have built-in Roku tech.

No, it's not a Smart TV. I got a dumb TV on purpose because a separate device, like a Roku will upgrade its operating system and offerings automatically. A Smart TV is not upgradable.
