Has anyone used this on a porch or deck? null

Not made for outdoor use. But could be used for short time (hours) during event.

I have mine on a partially covered porch/patio. There is one open wall - open to elements. TV doesn't get wet or come into contact with direct sunlight where it's mounted. I cover it with a basic vinyl tv cover with fleece lining in the winter. Works fine. No issues so far. Been through 2 winters.
