• This is not a "smart" TV, so no, you can't directly but you can plug in a variety of different devices that would allow you to do so.

• It is not a smart tv. So it does not have the capability of viewing directly from the tv YouTube, Netflix, or any streaming service. You need a separate way of doing so.
