• Don't think answer depends on smart or blue tooth capable. Depends on "if" there is an "audio out" port. Problem is on the Insignia brand when wireless headset is plugged into the port the TV speakers are muted so only you can hear sound.

• No, the TV is not bluetooth compatible.
