Fastdobe, YES, you can play a photo slide show or browse through screens of thumbnail views, using nothing more than your USB memory stick and the remote control for your TV. An onscreen menu will prompt (give it time to load, don't freak out when the screen seems blank longer than you are comfortable with!), and you will be given options which are readily accessible on the remote. You can even zoom in if you want to see a portion of a photo more closely! Keep in mind, the resolution may depend upon the quality of your file size, and file format. My photos were high quality jpegs, so your quality may vary!
