- Answer It already has a browser installed and a Netflix button to go directly to Netflix. Not sure what your application is, but that may help. I have eliminated my Chromecast device with this.

QuestionDo these work in India , power , wiring etc. I dont find sony selling BDV-E3100, there is BDV-E3200 instead. If it works, is the warranty covered?

- Answer Hi, Raki, We cannot guarantee compatibility with another country or region, but there shouldn't be any issue if it's plugged into an outlet with AC 120 V, 60Hz power output, and uses compatible connecting cable. This audio system comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty which is only applicable in the US region. QuestionI currently have the SONY dvd home theater system which is not Blu-ray. Can I upgrade and just buy the DVD player versus having to buy all the speakers and the subwoofer too? (Plus are they compatable?) thanks!

QuestionI am going to purchase BDVE3200 shortly. I am going to attach this system with SAMSUNG 40" SMART TV. Is it possible to attach? Is there any distortion of the picture quality?

- Answer I can't answer specifically to the BDV-E3200 - However the BDV-E3100 links great to my Insignia 48 inch Roku. We went from daily use of a ps4 system to this Blu-Ray. Although it's a "slower" acting system than what we were used to - our picture quality increased substantially. Brights were brighter and darks were darker. I can't imagine you would have any trouble linking the systems - especially if your Samsung supports ACR HDMI.

QuestionI would like to connect Fire tv. The existing HDMI is connected to my tv (ARC). I know I can connect an optical from the tv to the hts to get sound, but wont that take all the sound from the tv when not using Fire tv through the optical?

- Answer All you have to do is make sure the Firestick is on when watching tv. You will still get surround sound with any other tv source you are watching
