Have your electrician check out the Receptacle get in writing that the problem is not on your end then call customer service and have it replaced

Did you use a surge protector for your treadmill? If yes, how old is your house? The treadmill instructions recommended a certain wattage for your treadmill. Please read the manufacturer’s recommendation for electrical currency. If your home is older, your treadmill outlet may need to be upgraded to be able to handle the wattage usage of your treadmill.
