I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding the purchase and delivery of my refrigerator associated with Order Number 1126038132901.
The original refrigerator was damaged and had to be replaced. However, when the new refrigerator was delivered on February 11, 2026, it was left without being installed. As a result, all the food from my grocery shopping that required refrigeration spoiled. The value of the lost food exceeded $400.00 and included meat, chicken, fish, and other perishable items.
The installation team returned on February 13, 2026 to complete the installation. At that time, the technicians informed me that their work order did not include installation, despite the fact that installation had already been paid for.
