“Is the USB port a charging port?”

• The manual doesn't specifically state the USB port's charging capability, though I did hook up my Sansa Clip, and it started charging - that is a low-amp device, though. I don't think I'd risk hooking up a high-amp device like a tablet.

• Yes, the USB port does charge. I believe only when the system is on, but not certain as the stereo goes into standby mode.
